Argento's masterpiece wherin he takes his three V's (Vivid primary colours, Volume of synth work and Violence toward pretty girls) and pushes them to a sanity defying extreme.

    My first foray into Argento. Despite a score so incessant it stopped it being scary (not helped by the guitar loop sounding like the intro to Faith so kept expecting George Michael to start) and the film being madder than a bag of cats it is nothing short of brilliant.
