Avengers Assemble [The Avengers]


More Iron Man & Hulk are always welcome, the rest is just killing time till one of them does something cool. Fortunately this begins to happen quite frequently toward the end.

    Fantastic all round, but Ruffalo as the Hulk is the highlight. Most fun I've had at the cinema all year by quite a margin. Possibly last year as well.

    And this is why the Captain America movie could rightly be criticised as mediocre - because THIS is what we could be getting.

    I've got a real soft spot for captain America, and thought chris Evans was great - not that he had a hell of a lot to do.

    Puny god was the best bit, although "I'm always angry" comes close
